Radius CEO
Austin is the founder of Radius. He has previously studied workforce systems as a Fulbright Research Fellow and a focal point on quality apprenticeships for the United Nations.

Partnerships Director
Courtney is the former Chief Marketing Officer at GE Capital. She has helped lead major companies during industry shifts, such as digital transformation and transitions after the financial crises and 2008.

Workforce Partnerships Manager
Victoria is a workforce partnerships lead who has led partnerships for a training provider called COOP Careers in New York and Chicago.
Rachael
Workforce Data Lead
Rachael is an economist and data analyst who has worked across sectors in building analytics pipelines and supply chain data solutions.
Guiseppe
Workforce Planning Lead
Giuseppe is an HR executive who has managed people analytics and workforce planning at Silicon Valley Bank. He has experience in workforce planning systems and will be on hand to help tackle any barriers that employers are facing.
