Compile Data With Your Team

You may need to engage team members across departments to compile your hiring data.

You will likely need to generate support internally. Your first step is to identify the right people to collaborate on the project.

Assembling a Task Force

Typical roles include:

• Champion - Member of CELC who helps to ignite interest in the project

• HR Executive - Leads adoption of the project internally to identify team members to support

• HR Analyst / Data Lead - Supports data collection and analysis. This person will also be responsible for uploading files to the data room.

This task force might look different from one organization to the next. Ask yourself, whose job can we help to support through this project?
